It was a great experience dealing with Newberry Ford where I purchased a new Ranger truck. I recently took my truck back to the dealer for its initial and complementary oil and filter change. My appointment time was honored and my truck serviced by a certified Ford mechanic. The dealership mechanic also inspected all critical fluid levels and safety items on my truck. I waited for the service on an air conditioned clean room and was notified when my truck was ready. Great people to deal with.
